1. Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing the db456 platform, completing registration, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and db456. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. db456 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all individuals located in Bangladesh who access db456 services from within the country. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and db456 reserves the right to verify age at any time. The most recent version of these Terms shall be considered final on all matters of applicability.

2. Account Creation & Security
At db456 Registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false, incorrect, or someone else's information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each individual may only operate one account — holding multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. db456 may request submission of a National ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification (KYC) purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. You will be personally liable for all activity carried out through your account, including any resulting from unauthorised access. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact db456 Support immediately. To protect your security, we maintain two-factor authentication and automatically monitor suspicious login activity.

- Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
- Please cooperate with any identity verification requests — they are in place to protect you.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the db456 platform may only use the service for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any form of fraudulent activity, manipulation, use of software bots, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If you notice any bug, error, or unusual behaviour, it is your responsibility to report it to the Support team immediately rather than attempting to exploit it. Compliance with the rules and limits set for each game and betting session is mandatory.
Using the db456 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities. Harassing other users, using offensive language, or engaging in fraudulent behaviour on the platform is strictly prohibited. db456 services are for personal use only — reselling or acting as an intermediary for commercial purposes is not permitted. Adhering to responsible gaming guidelines is the ethical responsibility of every user.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on db456 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are supported via popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly stated in the Payments section of the platform. Depositing using a third-party account or borrowed card is strictly prohibited — all transactions must be made from your own account.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24–72 hours; however, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Deposited funds cannot be refunded once a transaction has been completed. db456 reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on any suspicious transaction during the course of an investigation.
Taxes & Duties
It is the user's sole responsibility to pay any taxes or duties applicable to winnings under the laws of Bangladesh. db456 does not provide advice on such matters and accepts no liability in this regard. If needed, please consult a qualified tax advisor.
5. Liability Limitation, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
Db456 provides its services on an "as is" basis and will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or issues caused by third-party systems. db456 will not be held responsible for compensation in the event of service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or force majeure events. All betting and gaming decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion and risk — db456 bears no responsibility for the outcome of such decisions. In no event shall db456's liability for direct or indirect financial losses, lost profits, or missed business opportunities exceed the value of the transaction in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on the db456 platform — including logos, graphics, software code, game designs, text, trademarks, and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of db456 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes. Any form of brand fraud or impersonation using db456's name, logo, or recognisable assets is a criminal offence. Attempting to reverse engineer any technology on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The db456 platform may integrate third-party payment gateways, game providers, or technology services in certain areas. db456 is not directly responsible for the quality, security, or reliability of such third-party services. The respective provider's own terms and privacy policy will also apply when using third-party services. Users are advised to review those policies before engaging with any third-party service. db456 reserves the right to change or discontinue any third-party integration at any time.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Db456 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, providing false information, or operating multiple accounts. If an account is closed and a valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) remains, a refund will be considered following verification. Users may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting the support team. Where a self-exclusion or break request is made under Responsible Gaming, db456 will honor it and provide the necessary assistance.
Terms Amendment Policy
Db456 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest effective version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top. Users are advised to review this page regularly.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between db456 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
